Origin Architecture — Upstream Governance

INATE™OS is an institutional governance interface. It admits an instruction only when human presence is confirmed upstream, before execution. No identity is held. No state is retained.

Manifesto

Systems act downstream. Authority is inferred, delegated, and logged after the fact. INATE™OS inverts the order: authority is established at the origin, as a condition of execution, and nothing proceeds without it.

The interface is deliberately still. It does not track, profile, personalise, or persuade. It is an Admissible Gate — open when presence is confirmed, closed otherwise. If it moves, tracks, or stores, it is not compliance.

Principles

Zero Identity

No accounts, no profiles, no enrolment. Presence is verified without knowing who.

Zero Retention

No cookies, no storage, no telemetry, no tracking. Nothing is kept after the exchange.

Upstream

Authority is established before execution, not reconstructed from logs afterward.

Deterministic

Every confirmation is a signed, reproducible receipt. No inference, no scoring.

The Sequence

Execution routes through a fixed presence sequence, then a deterministic confirmation.

  1. Presence — the operator completes the Hearts sequence.
  2. Attestation — the sequence is bound to the sovereign instruction.
  3. Deterministic Confirmation — an Ed25519 receipt is issued.
  4. Admissible Gate — execution proceeds only on a valid receipt.
